Sri Lanka Insurance Life recently opened two new Agency Business Development Centers
(ABDC) on 1st of August 2025 in Sewanapitiya, and Girandurukotte expanding its presence in
the North Central province.

The occasions were graced by SLIC’s Chief Business Officer Ms. Namalee A. Silva, Deputy
General Manager - National Sales (Life) Mr. Jagath Welgama, Mr. P. Sathiyan, Assistant General
Manager/Zonal Head – North, Eastern and North Central, regional management of the North
Central region, Branch Management of Aralaganwila and Dehiaththakandiya. Distinguished
invitees and customers of the area were also in attendance at all the openings.

Agency Business Development Centers (ABDC) allows SLIC to further enhance its reach, which
provides convenience and speed of service delivery to its loyal customers in relation with their
protection needs.
